8 cups Cabbage; finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot; shredded
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon White pepper
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1/2 cup Low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoon White vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
After the carrots and cabbage are chopped up into grain-size pieces, make the dressing. Mix all ingredients until they are smooth.
